Terms and Conditions
In choosing to rent our product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment and Pricing
We offer 2 payment options: You can pay in full at the time of booking or pay 50% of the amount at time of booking and the remaining total 7 days before the event occurs.
Any balance due must be paid in full by 7 days prior to the event or rental agreements can be terminated at the discretion of Maple Meadow Event Rentals. If the client would like to move forward as scheduled a 25% late fee will be incurred on the total.
Delivery and Handling:
All of our rentals are required to be delivered and handled only by Maple Meadow Event Rentals representatives. Delivery pricing is included for locations within 15 miles from our location in Snohomish, WA. For deliveries beyond 15 miles, we will charge a flat rate of $3.00/mi for both round trips of drop-off and pick up.
Changes in Requests
If any requests are to be altered, either added to or change in customization request, There must be at least a 14 day notice for any changes to be granted in a timely and quality manner. These changes are also subject to a fee at the discretion of Maple Meadow Event Rentals.
If the rental request is to be canceled, depending on the timing, there will be non-refundable situations:

Within 7 days of the initial booking a full refund will be issued for either of the 2 payment options listed above

If the booking is scheduled more than 30 days prior to the event and is cancelled 30 days before the event occurs, a full refund will be issued.

If the booking date is scheduled later than 30 days before the event date, and is cancelled before 7 days, 75% of the total amount due will be refunded.

Any cancellation within 7 days of the event will not be refunded unless extenuating circumstances call for refund in which it will be at the discretion of Maple Meadow Event Rentals. We can reasonably accommodate a change in date within this time period if the amount has been paid in full.
Damaged Rental:
In the event that a rental is picked up by us and it has been damaged or changed in any way, a recovery fee equal to 50% of the price of the rental will be incurred by the purchasing party. Determining damage will be based on the discretion of Maple Meadow Event Rentals. The recovery fee will be due 7 days after the event occurs.
Late Pick-ups:
We ask that any rentals are finished being used by 9 PM on the day it is delivered to the event. If the client asks to arrange a pickup time later than 9 PM it will incur a $50 late pickup fee. We will not allow for arrangements any later than 11PM and by that time we will require the rentals be picked up.
